Rating BlueSpiceRating enables users to rate articles an article with up to five stars . The user can change his or to recommend the article.

Usage / Features[edit | edit source]

Rating[edit | edit source]

Users can change their assessment at any time, by choosing less or more stars. The average evaluation , as well as the number of assessments , are displayed.

The user can change his assessments at any time, because can rate as often as wants. Only If a user rates the page multiple times, only the first assessment counts. The others is counted. Subsequent ratings only change the average evaluation, but not the number of assessments.

Recommendation[edit | edit source]

Users can change their assessment at any time, by recommending the page or by retracting their recommendation. If a user recommends the page multiple times, only one recommendation is counted.

Configuration[edit | edit source]

In the Namespace Managermanager, wiki administrators can configure in which namespaces ratings or recommendations should be activated.

Rights (permissions)[edit | edit source]

This extension requires following permissions:

  • rating-archive - enables users to archive ratings.
  • rating-read - enables users to see rating ratings for the page.
  • rating-write - enables users to rate the page.
  • rating-viewspecialpage - enables users to see Special:Rating.
