Use this MediaWiki extension to create a quiz. You can realize a simple quiz like this:

Inbetween the Quiz-Tags you can type questions. Plus and Minus are used to mark right and wrong answers.
Click on "submit" to get the correction:

But there are lots of possbilities to create a quiz. Have a look at the great description at Wikiversity: Quiz Quiz is the quiz building tool adopted on the Wikiversity. This extension aims at being:
