Sitenotice is part of MediaWiki and lets you display messages above every article in the wiki.

To use this feature, you have to edit the content of the following wiki page:

<URL>/index.php/MediaWiki:Sitenotice

Here you can enter text or include pictures (banners!).
"-" deactivates the Sitenotice.
