BlueSpiceArticlePreviewCapture provides ability to show current snapshots of wikipages to be shown as thumbnails throughout the wiki.
Where is BlueSpiceArticlePreviewCapture used?
Thumbnail snapshots of various pages are used in many places on the wiki, like:
Special:SearchCenter- to show previews of pages in search results- Recent changes flyout
- Book manager flyout
Underlying technology
BlueSpiceArticlePreviewCapture relies on PhantomJS (for Linux | for Windows) to render the thumbnails.
