What is Privacy admin?
The Privacy admin link in the Management section under Global actions allows administrators to quickly access the page Special:Privacy_Admin. This page lists all users and the state of their privacy policy consent in a sortable table.
If users did not consent to the privacy policy, administrators should remind them to indicate their consent. To consent, users go to the Privacy center in their user menu.
